Spring 2024 time schedule

Bachelor and master’s students who want to graduate in spring semester must submit the final thesis proposal form by December 1, 2023, the latest in Canvas.

The final thesis proposal must be submitted in a course in Canvas (Course link HERE ) where students can enroll themselves.

Final thesis has to be chosen also in MyEBS by January 15 (for bachelor’s theses) or by January 7 (for master’s theses).

Process for the bachelor’s thesis

December 1, 2023 – submission of the final thesis proposal in Canvas, supervisor approves the proposal in Canvas
January 15, 2024 – thesis enrollment in MyEBS
March 15, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas to the supervisor for interim reporting
March 22, 2024 – the interim report/confirmation regarding progress has to be submitted by the supervisor in Canvas
April 26, 2024 – graduation requirements deadline
May 6, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas to the supervisor to be allowed to the final evaluation
May 14, 2024 – the supervisor confirms (along with the filled-in rubric) that the student is allowed to the final evaluation
May 20, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas for final evaluation
All reviews in the form of the rubric are visible to the students
June 5, 2024 – the final grade is published

Process for the master’s thesis

December 1, 2023 – submission of the final thesis proposal in Canvas, supervisor approves the proposal in Canvas
January 7, 2024 – thesis enrollment in MyEBS
March 15, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas to the supervisor for interim reporting
March 22, 2024 – the interim report/confirmation regarding progress has to be submitted by the supervisor in Canvas
May 10, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas for supervisor evaluation
May 14 , 2024 – the supervisor confirms (along with the filled-in rubric) that the student is allowed to the final evaluation
May 24, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas for final evaluation
May 31, 2024 – evaluated rubrics are distributed back to students
June 3 – 8, 2024 – final defenses of theses
