Spring 2027 time schedule

Bachelor’s and Master’s students who wish to graduate with a thesis in spring 2027 must submit their thesis proposal in LMS Canvas by 1 December 2026 at the latest.

  • You must also register for the thesis in MyEBS by 15 January 2027.
  • Submit your thesis proposal in the Canvas course, which you can join yourself (course link HERE; make sure to click “Enroll in Course” to join).
  • The proposal must be submitted using a form, which you fill in on a dedicated platform and then upload under Assignments in Canvas. If you have submitted a proposal before, you need to fill in the form again. Proposals from previous semesters are not valid.

In February, only students whose proposal has been approved by a supervisor and who have registered for the thesis course in MyEBS will be added to the thesis courses in Canvas.

To submit your proposal on time, please follow these steps:

1. Choose your topic and declare a suitable knowledge team

Choose the knowledge team that best fits your thesis topic and indicate it on the proposal form. Supervisors are assigned based on the declared knowledge team, so you don’t need to find a supervisor yourself. If you have a preferred supervisor, you can note this on the form, but it does not guarantee that person will be assigned. Supervisors are assigned based on topic fit and language preference.

EBS knowledge teams:

Click on a team to see its key teaching and research areas and recent publications. This will help you decide which team best fits your thesis topic. You can also browse all teams on the EBS research page.
