Spring 2025 time schedule

Bachelor and master’s students who want to graduate in spring semester must submit the final thesis proposal form by December 2, 2024, the latest in Canvas.

The final thesis proposal must be submitted in a course in Canvas (Course link Here), where students can enroll themselves.

Final thesis has to be chosen also in MyEBS by January 15 (for bachelor’s theses) or by January 7 (for master’s theses).

Process for the bachelor’s thesis

October 1st – December 2nd, 2024 – submission of the final thesis proposal in Canvas.
December 2nd – Last day when the supervisor must approve the proposal in Canvas
December 20. 2024 – January 13, 2025 – thesis enrollment in MyEBS
March 17, 2025 – thesis submission in Canvas to the supervisor for interim reporting
March 24, 2025 – the interim report/confirmation regarding progress has to be submitted by the supervisor in Canvas
April 29, 2025 – graduation requirements deadline
May 5, 2025 – thesis submission in Canvas to the supervisor to be allowed to the final evaluation
May 14, 2025 – the supervisor confirms (along with the filled-in rubric) that the student is allowed to the final evaluation
May 19, 2025 – thesis submission in Canvas for final evaluation
June 4, 2025 – the final grade is published

Process for the master’s thesis

March 17, 2025 – thesis submission in Canvas to the supervisor for interim reporting

May 8, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas for supervisor evaluation
May 15 , 2024 – the supervisor confirms (along with the filled-in rubric) that the student is allowed to the final evaluation
May 26, 2024 – thesis submission in Canvas for final evaluation
June 2 – 4, 2024 – final defenses of theses
