Doctoral Spring Colloquium

We are pleased to invite doctoral students and faculty in Business and Management or their foundational fields such as Economics and Social Sciences to participate in our two-day Doctoral Spring Colloquium, organized by EBS under the Estonian Doctoral School.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for doctoral candidates to get feedback to a written chapter or article they have been working on during the academic year. Each submission will be reviewed in detail by two fellow doctoral students and one faculty member (who is not the student’s supervisor). Reviewers will provide constructive feedback, highlighting the strengths of the work and offering suggestions for improvement.

Accommodation Details: The accommodation will be in single-use rooms, if possible.
Participation Requirements:
- Doctoral students must submit a written research paper they are working on, be willing to present it, and provide feedback to two fellow doctoral students.
- Faculty members must be willing to read and give constructive feedback on assigned papers authored by doctoral students not under their supervision.
Participants will be selected based on the level of development of the submitted article/chapter (it must be sufficiently developed to provide the basis for comments).

The colloquium will feature a guest speaker who has an international background;
there will be a joint dinner with an exchange of experiences and contacts.
Transport between Tallinn and Vihula (round trip) will be arranged by chartered bus:
- Departure from Tallinn (Hotell Olümpia, Liivalaia 33) on May 19 at 08:30
- Return to Tallinn (Hotell Olümpia, Liivalaia 33) on May 20 at 18:00
