Last year we asked our first year Master’s students to write an essay about their expectation to EBS, to Master’s programme and to themselves in the future. Analyzing those essays it came out that besides the official university programme students would like to learn from entrepreneurs, hear about their experiences and solve practical cases. Most of the students would like to develop their leadership and organization management skills.
As a result of this we began to involve our alumni as mentors for the Master’s students and offer you a possibility to cooperate with them during your studies.
Mentors are all with different background and willing to share their knowledge and experience with EBS students. Here are the main things they can help you with:
- Share experiences
- Provide guidance and motivation
- Provide emotional support
- Be a co-supervisor of your research work
Mentors are ready to spend up to 2 hours in a month with you. Choosing a mentor is an opportunity, not an obligation.

If you would like to contact a mentor or you have any questions, please turn to EBS External Relations Project Manager Katrin Järv (e-mail: katrin.jarv@ebs.ee).
