EBS Rooms for Students
EBS students can use the following EBS Student Meeting Rooms free of charge* for individual learning and group works:
- 331 and 333 on the third floor
- 401, 402, 403 and 404 on the fourth floor
Create and account
In order to book a room you will have to sign in with your EBS Account at rooms.ebs.ee (NB! Click on the “Sign in with EBS Account” button).
After signing in with your EBS Account, you will be automatically assigned the credit for and access to EBS Student Meeting Rooms. It could take up to 60 minutes for the credit to use some rooms free of charge to show up on your account.
Booking a meeting room
- Log in at rooms.ebs.ee (NB! Sign in with EBS Account)
- Click on Manage bookings and Make a booking
- Choose the room and the time
- Click on Confirm this booking
- Click on Continue and you’re done!
If the room you have booked is locked, please contact the administration desk on first floor.
Booking other rooms in EBS
EBS students receive 50% discount on all other room reservations. All other rooms have to be booked at least 2 business days in advance.

* Every student can use EBS Student Meeting Rooms up to 30 hours in a month free of charge. The 30 hours credit applies once you request a booking.
