EBS Helsinki

EBS will end its operations in Helsinki in summer 2025. EBS Helsinki students can finalize their studies and graduate under EBS Tallinn.

The premises of EBS Helsinki will be closed starting from 05.07.2025.

However, EBS Helsinki will continue to offer student services via phone and online channels until the end of September. Starting from October, the Tallinn study consultant will become the main contact person at EBS.

The EBS Helsinki study consultant Karoliina Korhonen will be on vacation 23.06 – 26.06 and 12.07 – 03.08.2025. During these time periods, with urgent matters, please write to info@ebs.ee

It is good to note that info@ebs.ee cannot issue HSL discount forms.

You will be eligible for the International Student Identification Card throughout your studies as long as you are not studying under Extern -status*.

ISIC can be ordered via eduid.ee website. You will find the instructions for doing so under the “If you don’t have a valid ID card” -title. Your home address does not need to be in Estonia. If you are ordering a physical card, you can request the card to be sent to Estonian Business School:

In such case, kindly also give a heads-up about ordering the card to info@ebs.ee, so they know to expect a card by your name and can then forward the card to you via mail.

*To generalize, students who have not passed courses at EBS Helsinki or EBS Tallinn during the past year are usually considered as Extern students. You can read about the Extern status here:

Regrettably, Slice student cards will not work after the last day of September.

If you live in the HSL area, you can still receive a HSL discount form as long as you order it before the closing of the EBS Helsinki branch. HSL does not accept copies sent by e-mail. The physical form will be sent to you by mail upon request – remember to mention your postal address. It is recommended you order the HSL form 15.09 the latest and have your travel card updated at HSL service point before the end of September.

EBS course enrollment takes place in MyEBS  01.07 – 31.07. As you have exceeded your nominal study period, MyEBS will not prpose any specific courses.

You will find the courses you need from the Course catalogue.

Did you submit a thesis proposal in Canvas by 31.05.2025? In that case, you can enroll on the Tallinn English-language Bachelor Thesis 6 ECTS course.
