- preparing your CV and cover letter;

Career counselling is private and confidential. Sessions usually last up to 45 minutes, and follow-up meetings can be arranged if needed.
Career Coaching and Professional Development
Career coaching helps you better understand your strengths, values, and motivation, gain clarity about your career choices, and set goals for your professional development. Unlike traditional career counselling, coaching focuses primarily on exploring your own thoughts, possibilities, and solutions.
Career coaching may be suitable for you if you want to:
- gain clarity about your career direction and future plans;
- better understand your strengths, values, and what motivates you;
- set personal and professional goals and plan how to achieve them;
- explore different career opportunities or prepare for career changes;
- overcome challenges that may be holding you back from moving forward.
Career coaching is an individual and confidential process consisting of three sessions, each lasting up to 60 minutes. During these sessions, we focus on your goals, opportunities, and next steps. Between sessions, you will have the opportunity to reflect and work independently on your development.
In addition to career coaching, we offer individual career counselling and practical support in the following areas:
- Self-Awareness and Personal Value Proposition – identifying your strengths, skills, values, and interests, and learning how to communicate what makes you stand out.
- Career Planning and Development – exploring career directions, setting goals, creating a personal career plan, and preparing for career transitions.
- Professional Presence and Networking – improving your CV and LinkedIn profile, developing your personal brand, and building professional connections.
- Job Search and Next Career Steps – developing a job search strategy, preparing for interviews, and improving time management and prioritisation skills.
For practical career counselling, a single session may be sufficient, depending on your questions and needs.
