After exchange
Here you can find information about details to remember once you start wrapping up your exchange period. From paperwork to leaving your housing, there are quite a few things to think about but we are here to help you keep tabs on them.
Make sure you have all the paperwork in order
Depending on your home university, there might be different papers to fill out. Most popular one is the confirmation of stay.
That document is signed by Erasmus+ Project Manager and proves that you have spent your exchange semester indeed at Estonian Business School. Some schools have their own document (with their own logo and criteriums what needs to be filled out). In that case, please use this paper (ask your home coordinator). If your home university does not have specific requirements, we can issue you one from EBS.
Please make sure that the document gets signed before you leave to ensure smoother process of your exchange. You can either bring a paper version to project manager or send it by email.
We will issue transcript of records after you have finished your studies. We aim to do it once you have finished your classes and received all your grades but it can take up to 5 weeks after that, so please be patient. We will send records by email to you and your coordinator. If for some reason you need it sooner, please write directly to project manager and if possible, we will issue it sooner.
Once you leave Tallinn, you need to sign out from your residency (see the step of registration under visa and residence permit). This step is mandatory!
– If upon registering your place of residency you gave the register fixed dates (when you arrived and when you planned to leave) you do not need to do any extra steps.
– If upon registering your place of residency you did not gave the register your planned leaving date, you need to notify them of leaving Tallinn. For that please follow instructions given by the city: Changing the residence address in the Population Register | Tallinn.
If you have any problems or obstacles in fulfilling this step, please contact Erasmus+ project manager.
